In 2003 we implemented the ČSN EN ISO 9001:2009 quality management system to improve the quality of wine production and retail and wholesale sales and we have continued to meet the requirements as stipulated by EUROCERT CZ a.s.

Since 2008 we implemented and certified the system of controlling food safety according to the IFS norm at Higher Level. The system is used for controlling the critical control points set up for elimination, prevention or reduction of risks specified in safe food production according to the risks analysis results. The organisation has an opportunity to decide, if the identified risks will be held as a critical control point, or will activate the program of preliminary precautions utilizing best practices (production, laboratory etc.)
