Vinné sklepy Roztoky continues more than a century of wine making tradition in the Šlancar family of „Němčičky“ by „Velké Pavlovice“ in southern Moravia. The company has 23 employees working in 3 locations. With a yearly production of cca 1,800,000 liters, Vinné sklepy Roztoky has full production, storage and delivery capacity.

In addition to our own wines from „Velké Pavlovice“ and Slovakian wineries, we also supply wines from France, Italy, Romania, Bulgaria, Macedonia, Greece, Hungary, South Africa, USA, Chile, Argentina, Australia, and New Zealand.

The company headquarters are located in the town of Roztoky, 2km north of Prague. This location is ideal for distribution to Prague and central Bohemian retailers and the headquarters has sufficient storage and delivery capacity to service the surrounding area.


Tiché údolí (Silent valley) wine cellar

We are pleased to invite you to one of the northern-most Moravian wine cellars in the town of Roztoky, 2km north of Prague. The wine cellar is situated in the beautiful countryside known as the „Tiché údolí“ (Silent Valley), alongside the „Únětice“ stream, and 300m from the Roztoky Castle. The cellar is part of a long tradition of Roztoky viniculture. For centuries the valley had vineyards, however the vineyards were decimated by phylloxera and mould diseases – a disaster felt by the rest of Europe at the time. The renewed wine culture tradition now comes from Moravian sources. The „Tiché údolí“ cellar offers wines and smoked meats from the „Velké Pavlovice“ in Southern Moravia and has become a favourite tourist destination known for its atmosphere and excellent selection at reasonable prices.

Moravská Nová Ves

In the village of „Moravská Nová Ves“ we own 6 hectares of vineyards. Every year we harvest grapes for our production of attributive wines, especially the Ludwig Culinary series, intended for restaurants. The „Moravská Nová Ves“ site is the company‘s main production capacity.

Bořetice

The „Bořetice“ establishment is our production centre. The storage capacity of „Bořetice“ cellar is up to 1.000.000 litres of wine. The bottle production lines produce up to 1.500.000 bottles. There’s also additional storage space for distribution around the Czech Republic.
