A rediscovered grape variety capable of reaching higher sugar levels. A gently spiced, full-bodied wine with elegant acidity. Delicate aromas of linden blossom and a rich flavor with hints of gooseberry.
Try it with spaghetti Bolognese or, unusually, with fried cauliflower.
