A golden-yellow wine from an ancient variety with high extract. The aroma features notes of butter biscuits complemented by pear tones, while the flavor is full and velvety, with a well-balanced ratio of acidity and residual sugar.
We recommend it with trout in herb butter or, unusually, with fried spring rolls.
