Late harvest wine
Aurelius is an original, delicately aromatic Moravian variety, a cross between Neuburger and Riesling. In combination with fresh Riesling, it creates a pleasant summer cuvée with a hint of lime and linden blossom aroma.
It pairs very well with vegetable risotto or asparagus with Hollandaise sauce.
